We are looking to rent out our family duplex (we are not a large corporation, rather family owned and run). The location is great, conveniently located just a short walk from shopping, restaurants, Groveland elementary, Lifetime fitness, lake Minnetonka and more. You are only a few minutes away from the Minnetonka High School, Minnetonka Middle School East, Wayzata, Target, and a short drive from downtown. The home has 3 bedrooms plus a bonus office space and 3 bathrooms. With over 1,900 square feet, there is lots of room to stretch out. There are two living rooms, both upstairs and downstairs. A nice spacious kitchen and separate dining room. You also have a covered deck space to enjoy the quiet outdoors even if it is raining. It's located on a cul-de-sac off 101 in a nice private and quiet location. There is a 2-stall garage and small yard with patio space as well. This location is perfect for kids and families with many parks and recreation nearby and only a short distance from many biking trails. You will be responsible for mowing the yard and any minor maintenance, and in the winter, the plowing is covered, so no need to worry about shoveling the drive. The kitchen appliances are relatively new, and you have a dishwasher as well. The unit has central air and central heating. It is ready for your move in today. We have a 1-year lease agreement which can either be renewed annually, or for a small increase you can switch to a month-to-month contract after the 1st year. If you're interested in longer term options, please ask; 2+ year contracts are available as well. We can be flexible based on your needs. All options require a 2-month notification of moving out. There is a $50 application fee per adult that will be credited to your 1st month's rent with signed contract. We will do a reference, credit, background and income check on all adult applicants. For utilities, we cover the snow plowing and the remaining are your responsibility along with minor maintenance such as lawn mowing and small items ($150 deductible). No smoking. We do love pets, but we don't love what they do to a house (if you have a pet that you want to have live there, we can discuss an appropriate monthly rent addition to accommodate your pet and there will be a non-refundable deposit).
