It is close to the foothills and Horsetooth Reservoir. The entire interior was remodeled several years ago. There is no management company involved, I am the owner. Tenant pays utilities and I pay the HOA fee. I will accept a dog, but no cats, smoking (of any kind) or college students. I require a 11month lease and have a maximum 2 occupancy.
