    Fully furnished, totally private carriage house in the Highlands neighborhood. There is a great living space with dinette set and galley kitchen, 3/4 bath and an upstairs bedroom. Access to the carriage house is through our backyard and there's plenty of street parking! Walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, library, bus stop and easy access to I-70 and I-25. Very safe area and we live on-site for an extra sense of security. All utilities are included in your monthly rent. There is a smart TV but no cable service. WiFi is included too! There is no on-site washer/dryer but there is a clean, safe laundromat nearby. We rent by the month and we are willing to negotiate lease term. We do not lease month-to-month as we prefer to know your end date. Tenant pets are not allowed as we have a cat and a dog that have access to the shared backyard. We prefer a solo tenant for sake of wear and tear on the property. There is plenty of street parking, but we do ask for you to be respectful to our neighbors. We will provide info on best places to park, and places to avoid parking. We live in the main house and can help with any maintenance needs or WiFi issues. It is an old building that has been fully updated but the plumbing is delicate and we request that you be gentle with it (ie only toilet paper in the toilet). Security deposit is fully refundable if carriage house is left in good order. We do a walk-thru at the beginning and end of the lease to review the space.
