Criminal history that indicates that an applicant's tenancy would constitute a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals or whose tenancy could result in substantial physical damage to the property of the owner or others may be denied. Incomplete applications, including applications with missing or false information, will be denied. Applications are required for every tenant over 18 years of age. We do not accept co-signers or guarantors. All co-applicants may be denied based on one of the co-applicant's failure to meet qualification criteria.
