House is 3 bedrooms & a office, jack & jill bathroom between 2 bedrooms. Must carry rental & pool insurance. Non-Smoker. Dogs under 25 pounds, NON-REFUNDABLE $500 pet deposit per pet. Monthly pet rent & 2 dog maximum. We do not allow any breed of dog identified as dangerous by insurance companies. Would prefer long term lease such as 18 months or more. Will consider discount with 18 month lease. Pool & yard maintenance paid by owner.
