There are two clubs inside the property, one of them with a themed pirate pool that kids will love, just walking distance from the house. Located just off Osceola Parkway, the resort has easy access to restaurants, shopping, and supermarkets, all within a 5-minute drive. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Early check-in at 10 AM or late check-out at 4 PM is available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges. This is a self-catering home, so items should be brought or bought by the guest. A complimentary basic starter kit is provided, including one toilet paper per bathroom, one small bar soap per bathroom, one paper towel per kitchen, one trash bag per can, one dish detergent (small), one sponge, laundry detergent (1 load), and one mini shampoo and conditioner. All properties are 100% smoke-free. Absolutely no smoking is allowed in the house or patio/pool area. In case of any signs of smoking in the house, there will be an additional non-refundable fee of $250 plus tax charged. Pets are not allowed inside the pool at any time. If you bring a pet without previous authorization, you will be charged a non-refundable penalty fee of $500 plus tax per stay. Guests are expected to empty full trash bins and dispose of garbage bags in the appropriate compactor. There will be an additional $100 fee plus tax for an excessive amount of trash left in the house or overflowing bins. The air conditioning system should not be set lower than 70F or above 78F degrees. All windows and doors should be closed to reduce humidity and save energy. If the system is not working properly, guests must notify us as soon as possible to avoid possible damage. Guests are responsible for any violation and/or additional fees charged by the community association for incorrect disposal of trash.
