We are renting our Townhome that is located in beautiful RiverPark across from East Park. The Townhome has several upgrades throughout which includes: *custom paint *ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms and living room *crown molding *memory foam carpet *built- in cabinets in the huge garage and in the closet under the staircase *Master bedroom has custom cabinets in both his and her closets *light dimmers *granite counters in the kitchen The house has a huge driveway with a two car garage. You walk up the stairs into the dining room, living room and kitchen. There are two bedrooms on the second floor with a bathroom that has double sinks. The laundry room is also located on the second floor and it includes the washer and dryer. You can also step out onto the balcony and take in the beautiful views. On the third floor is a huge master suit with a beautiful window seat, his and her walk- in closets, and a nice size bathroom with a big bathtub, a shower and double sinks. Things to note: *The 1st floor has a private rental below that is locked-off and does not have access to the main house. Because of that, we are looking for quiet tenants who do not have parties. *We do not allow pets and no smoking of any kind. We ask for the first month's rent and a security deposit of $2,850 and we do a credit check along with a reference check. *There is a $40 application fee per couple. *The Townhome is available the beginning to mid July. The owner pays the internet.
