On the third floor is a huge master suit with a beautiful window seat, his and her walk- in closets, and a nice size bathroom with a big bathtub, a shower and double sinks. Things to note: *We do not allow pets and no smoking of any kind. We ask for the first month's rent and a security deposit of $2,750 and we do a credit check along with a reference check. *There is a $40 application fee per couple. *The Townhome is available now and we're hoping to have it rented by May 1st. The owner pays for the internet and the renters will pay for the rest of the utilities.
