We are close to many in-town amenities, downtown dining, Bentley Mall Shopping Center and great outdoor opportunities on the bike/walking paths of Graehl Boat Landing Park. This location is minutes to the Ft Wainwright gates. The washer and dryer are free to use and are located in the furnace room area downstairs. This is a month-to-month rental. Thirty days required for vacating. There is a $600 refundable security deposit. I may accept a pet but it would be on approval with a one time $200 pet fee. All utilities are included except electricity. Electricity runs around $80- $140 depending on car plug ins and other winter usage. I am hoping to rent this unit to someone who plans to stay for a few months. Traveling personnel as well as military are welcome to apply. I, the landlord, live on the property and consider this a safe, quiet and very convenient place to rent.
