Heat , water, garbage services are included as well as some internet access. Off street parking and headbolt heater access is provided. This is a month to month rental with a 30 days to vacate notice required for move out. However, I can accommodate short term renters if I know in advance how long you will stay. This cabin apartment is best for one person but could work for two. This is a month-to-month rental. Thirty days required for vacating. I am hoping to rent this unit to someone who plans to stay for a few months but traveling personel are welcome to apply. I, the landlord, live on the property and consider this a safe, quiet and very conveniet place to rent.
