Application Guidelines A $49 fee per adult (Adults are all persons who will permanently reside on the property who are 19 years of age or older) is required to apply. This fee covers the required credit and background checks processed through TransUnion SmartMove. These checks will pull previous evictions, convictions, misdemeanors and sex offender registry. In addition to the credit/background check, a completed application form is required. Applications with completed credit/background checks are processed in the order received and will be declined if any information provided by the prospective tenant(s) during the application process is found to be false or misleading. A lease agreement is extended at the sole discretion of the owner(s) once the application process is completed. The Gross Monthly household income must be at least 3.5 times the monthly rental amount. All debt will be considered in the income qualifications. Our homes allow pets with an additional security deposit required for each pet.
