Has a community pool and amazing view and walking path around the pond. Non-smoking, not pets allowed. Renters pay for all utility bills including: water, sewer, gas, electricity, and garbage. Owner pays the HOA fee. If renter wants to make any changes inSide the house or on the property outside, they have to discuss it with the owner first. If any changes are made without prior discussion with the owner, the deposit will not be returned. Neighborhood rules are not to park the car on the side of the street overnight. No trailer or RV parking.
