This house is a 2-story (used-to-be) split-level. The front of the house has was modified by a previous owner to facilitate the addition of covered front porch. We purchased this house in June of 2009 and remodeled the entire downstairs and most of the upstairs. The house is now a 4 bed/2 bath with separate laundry room. We refinished the deck (~2000sqft) and rebuilt the pool during spring and summer of 2010. Summer of 2011 we entirely replaced the fencing. Downstairs is carpeted slab and tile. The upstairs is hardwoods and tile. Neighborhood Description This neighborhood is a middle-class neighborhood with a lot of young to middle-aged couples and their children. There are, currently (2009-2011), a lot of 2-10 year old kids in the neighborhood. The yards and streets are full of children playing in the summer time.
