If we are not at work, nor at school, we enjoy having friends come over for outdoor barbecues, game nights, and study sessions! The house has a W/D and the downstairs room has two large windows, including a walk-in closet, and private bath and shower. We have a large outdoor deck, a two-car garage, and a spacious driveway for parking if you own a vehicle. First month's rent and security deposit is due upon move in. $800 for deposit, and $400 for half of May. Beginning June 1, room is $800/mo.
