Annual cost for heat, cooking, clothes drying and hot water about $1200. The house is gifted with some of the lowest cost electricity from the Village of Wellsville, Municipal Power Authority. The back yard has an established blueberry, rhubarb and asparagus patch in a natural garden. We haven't applied chemicals to lawn or garden. SPECIAL NOTES This house is not in the village but it has village water and the inexpensive Municipal Power Service. Taxes are paid to the county and town but not to the village so it's a best of both worlds situation.
