During the summer months, there is a monthly $35 A/C fee while your air conditioner is in the window. You purchase your own A/C unit. We install it for you in the Spring and remove it for you before the heating season. When your A/C is removed from the window, the monthly fee stops. No dogs, but one cat is okay. Fantastic neighborhood for shopping and dining. Only two minutes to Fairway and Citarella on Broadway with Trader Joe's on 72nd and Zabar's on 80th St and Broadway.
