We have a full time property manager, and full time super, and the owner lives one block away. No Dogs (because the owner is severely allergic), but one cat is okay. Quiet, tree lined, beautiful street, just a half block from lovely Riverside Park for walking, running and cycling. Great shopping 2 blocks away on Broadway with Fairway and Citarella, Trader Joe's at 72nd and Zabar's at 80th St. Express subway stop: 1, 2, 3 lines at 72nd and Broadway. The apartment is currently occupied so we are only making appointments for showings between the hours of 9am and 6pm weekdays.
