Also, there is a private storage closet in the hall. Utilities (electricity, cooking gas, heat, hot water) are included in the rent so no need for a Con Edison account. You pay for your own internet or cable tv from Spectrum. We charge a $35 monthly A/C fee during the summer months when you have your air conditioner in the window. You purchase your own A/C, we install it for you in the spring and remove it in the autumn before heating season. Excellent neighborhood for grocery shopping: Only two minutes to Fairway and Citarella, with Trader Joe's at 72nd and Zabar's at 80th St. Also, it's an easy commute to midtown or local universities with the express subway stop on 72nd St. No Dogs, but one cat is ok.
