The single large window faces north overlooking bucolic upper westside gardens. We have a full time property manager, and full time super, and the owner lives very close by. No Dogs, but one cat is okay. Quiet, tree lined beautiful street, just a half block from lovely Riverside Park for running and cycling. Great shopping 2 blocks away on Broadway with Fairway and Citarella, Trader Joe's at 72nd and Zabar's at 80th St. Express subway stop: 1, 2, 3 lines at 72nd and Broadway. The apartment is currently occupied so we are only making appointments for showings between the hours of 9am and 6pm daily.
