I'm very neat and the house is furnished with mostly new high quality furnishings. I have a 15 pound toy Australian shepherd who travels with me. I am looking for a responsible young professional or grad student as a long term tenant. My current roommate is moving out of state for a new career opportunity. No smoking or vaping at all. I would consider a well-behaved dog for a pet, but no cats (sorry, allergic). There is actually a doggy door and blocked off dog side yard. I'm a big fan of the outdoors and traveling. I've had great fortune finding high quality roommates/tenants since I purchased this home in 2018. I'd like to form a friendship with any potential tenant. Ideal roommate is well-educated, likes to eat/live healthy, enjoys having people over for BBQ's, and recreates in the outdoors. I do a lot of climbing/MTBing/trail running, but also enjoy hosting BBQ's or dinners. Lease duration can be flexible and I would expect half utilities from a tenant.
