If you know the area, its off of Route 9- close to Tappan Zee bridge entrance. You could walk into Tarrytown on a nice day. 25 walk to the train too. Its 2 flights up, top floor first door. There are 3 window air conditioners 1 living room, and 1 in each bed room. The Bigger bedroom has a larger closet with a few built ins. Smaller bedroom has one smaller closet. the smaller room does fit a queen - but it will be tight. New fan w light in the living room Window in kitchen and living room- covered by trees but also face the main entrance, so you can see people arriving to the complex. bed room windows face the park. (you see trees grass, no buildings or traffic) 2 parking spots. 1 spot closer to the main door and another spot in the back of the building. You get two parking decals for the cars. (don't lose them they each will cost $250) It's a nice building. People are nice, but not a party building by any means. Most people living there are the owners. It's a year lease. Rent is 2k a month, and security deposit and 1st month rent would be due when contact is signed. So first payment is $4k As long as the apt does not have major damage you get will get the security back at the end of the lease after you have departed the apartment. If you wanted to stay the 2nd year increase in rent goes up $50. You need to get renters insurance too. no dogs, No cats. Laundry is in the basement, 2 washers and 2 dryers. And each load is 75centa I think. Extra cost is ConEd and Cable/Internet Water and heat are included. Heat and hot water included. Ac units in each room. laundry in basement, 2 off street parking spots
