I am getting married, and I am moving on 10/28/19. My apartment will be available as early as the following day! The apartment I have lived in for the past 2.5 years is in Arlington Square apartments. This is a safe, nice, community right downtown (AKA walking distance to restaurants, bars, etc.). It is pet-friendly. Regarding the apartment, it is a one-bedroom, one bath on the first floor of D building. I am one of the resident physicians at Shands, and I took great care of the place. I never threw a party, and I had a housekeeper come every two weeks. My lease ends on December 31, and my rent is $954. Since I am moving, I would be willing to give you some pieces of furniture including the couch and dining room table should you be interested. If you only want to stay for 2 months, I can reassign the lease to you. If you want to sign a full lease, the apartment complex would be happy to write one for you as well.
