It's a vibrant hipster area with a myriad of delicious restaurants and every type of bar or pub or club you can imagine. Full of UF college students so everyone here is 18-25ish. My apartment is right next to the bus stop every single bus in Gainesville stops at since its a block away from the central bus station. This spacious home is a real luxury.
