This unit is beautifully remodeled, shared in a house. Our family live upstairs and rental unit is located in a walkout basement. The unit has its own entrance with key code pad, kitchenette, and bathroom. The location is prime for students or Mayo stuffs coming from far. It's is 2 blocks walking distance to st Mary's hospital, tenants will have a spot for parking in front of the house which you can then just walk to work (Mayo Clinic). The unit is fully furnished, all utilities and Wi-Fi are included. No washer and dryer in site, there is a laundromat 3 min away. We'd prefer renters who work second shift (2pm-10pm) for instance. We are a couple in our early 40's with 3 boys, 9, 4, and 2 years old. All of us are out of the house by 8am and won't be home until 5pm and go to bed by 9:30pm.
