The unit this ad is for is a large two bedroom apartment located on Ward Street in the South Oakland neighborhood of Pittsburgh. This unit will be available for August 1'st 2020. This unit is located on the second floor of 3215 Ward St. Pittsburgh Pa, 15213 which is a two story duplex. This units is renting for $1000. Second floor units are slightly bigger than the first floor units and have private front porches. The unit has hardwood floors, radiant heat and the stove and refrigerator are included with the unit. There is storage space and free laundry (not coin-op) for the unit in the basement. The unit also includes off-street parking. I pay for water and sewage however tenants are responsible for there own Gas and Electric which is metered separately for each unit. Sorry, no section 8.
