The unit this ad is for is a large two bedroom apartments located on Ward Street in the South Oakland neighborhood of Pittsburgh. The unit will be available for August 1'st 2021. The unit has hardwood floors, radiant heat, and the stove and refrigerator are included with the units. This unit also comes with one free off street parking spot in a private tow lot behind the building. There is storage space for each unit in the basement and free laundry non coin operated in the basement. I pay for water and sewage however tenants are responsible for there own Gas and Electric which is metered separately for each unit. Trash goes out front on Wednesday night for Thursday morning pick up. The master bedroom is approximately 13x16.5, the living room is approximately 13x16.5, the smaller bedroom is approximately 9.5x12.5 and the Kitchen is approximately 13x13. Sorry, no section 8. I'm trying to rent this unit on a six month lease as I like to keep my places on summer rotation. Anyone who wanted to stay past the initial six months could renew for the next year.
