For families with little ones, we have a Pack N Play crib available that can be set up prior to your arrival. The home and backyard are fully accessible to guests. Please make yourself at home! The driveway can accommodate two vehicles, and there is ample street parking. The garage is accessible to guests as well, but keep in mind, this is a small one-car garage where only a compact vehicle to mid-sized SUV would fit. The shed in the backyard is reserved for the owner only. ** Due to several irresponsible pet owners there is a strict NO PET policy ** PLEASE NOTE - The home is over 70yrs old, therefore it comes with the quirks of any older home. While we've done a lot of updates, keep in mind that the windows, closets and some fixtures are mostly all original to the house and therefore may be difficult to open and/or can stick at times. This home requires a minimum 6 month lease, with the option to extend at owner's discretion and availability. A security deposit, plus a non-refundable deep cleaning fee of $200 will be due at time of lease signing. Security deposit is fully refundable, provided there is no need to retain due to damage or repairs caused by the tenant during their stay. A background and credit check is required prior to approval. No parties, large gatherings or smoking is allowed in the home.
