Private master room with en suite bathroom. This is a house, and I use one of the rooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a closet and a dresser. We share the kitchen, living room and dinning space. There is also a parking space. No smoking allowed either inside or outside the premises. Utilities cost will be shared between the tenant and myself.
