Beautiful & quiet neighborhood. Home was built in 2018 everything is updated and new. Relaxing backyard and spacious. Perfect neighborhood to walk or jog. I have lived here for eight years, never had any break-ins in subdivision. Overall, really. We have three officers that live in the neighborhood as well. Looking for someone to comment to 12 months and after month to month. Prefer smoking in beautiful backyard and not inside the home. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant.
