There are 2 bedrooms on the main level and a loft area that is being used currently as an extra sleeping area. There are no restrictions for short term rentals in the community and this cabin has currently 162 reviews on VRBO with a 4.9 rating out of 5!! Cabin generated 103k in gross revenue over the past 2 years. Cabin was re-stained this past year and is in excellent condition. Furniishings negotiable on separate bill of sale.
