There is golfing 5 blocks away, Tennis courts are very close and there is a public Pool that you can get to as well. There is the world famous zoo, tons of museums and lots of great restaurants. I have Netflix, DirectTV with HBO,Cinemax, stars, AMC and many more. There is wireless internet and comes fully furnished or not same price. The house is in a residential neighborhood located 3 blocks off the incoming flight path. The incoming isn't nearly as loud as take off. It's not terribly loud but you will hear them when your outside.
