Neighborhood: Walk to Balboa Park and its 18-hole golf course with amazing view clubhouse and driving range, or see the rest of the park and museums. 10 minute-drive to downtown, Petco Park, Convention Center, Gaslamp District, Airport, Seaport Village and world famous San Diego Zoo. 10 minutes to beautiful white sand Coronado Beach and the historic Hotel Del Coronado. House Rules: Cats and small quiet dogs are welcome. No scratching. Please clean up after your pet right away as it keeps everything clean and smelling good. During your stay at the Hipster Haven the quiet hours are between 9pm-9am. No smoking inside or anywhere on property. Enjoy and relax! Me: I am a responsible landlord if something is wrong you notify me and I fix it no questions asked. You: good credit, good rental history, steady income should be about $5000+ to qualify for the rental. If its combined income that's great or if you have $ in the bank that works as well.
