The interior features central heat and air with a digital programmable thermostat, ceiling fans, low-e double pane windows, and washer/drier connections. The exterior features an irrigated, landscaped front yard, carport, and a large privacy fenced backyard. The monthly rent is $1,800 with a $50 discount given to tenants who pay their rent on or before the 28th of each month and deposit directly into my bank account (Wells Fargo) or use Venmo. Additionally, lawn and grounds maintenance is provided at no cost to the tenant. A $1,500 deposit is required if 4 or fewer people will be living in the house. If the number of residents exceeds four, an additional $500 deposit will be required before move-in. A maximum of three pets are allowed pending management approval with a $500 deposit being required for the first pet and $250 deposits required for each subsequent pet. Rental agreement will be structured as a month-to-month agreement. Owner pays for lawn and grounds maintenance and tenant can take a $50 discount each month is rent is paid by the 28th and deposited directly in to my account (Wells Fargo) or by Venmo. Tenant has a $50 deductible on any repairs needed during their tenancy.
