Laundry, Wi-Fi, AC and heat . Additionally there's plenty of space to enjoy the backyard in the summer on this .27 acre corner lot. Or spark a fire as the weather starts to turn. (open to another dog or cat so long as they get along with my 100+ LB Newfoundland. She is a giant sweet heart!) (yes there is a lot of hair. I do my best to keep it clean but inevitably even right after I vacuum, there will be more hair) At the moment there are two males here. Myself and a now friend of mine along with one female who will be moving out in two weeks at which point I will have two bedrooms open. One is fully furnished with a king bed (her current room) (in photo) the other is not furnished at the moment. It would be ideal to replace the one female roommate with another female to keep a balance there, but not required. There will be driveway parking unfortunately I use the garage and take the only spot available. I'm a very flexible person. If you can just communicate things to me we can generally come up with an agreement that works for both parties if there's ever any sort of issues. I put six months on here, but I'm open to shorter leases as well.
