Guests shall vacate the unit at the end of its rental period. If the housekeepers arrive on time at 11:00 AM and the unit is not vacated, guests will be charged $100 every fifteen minutes past 11:00 AM for their delay. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, and there is a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints, parties, or gatherings of any sort. Quiet hours are daily from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
