Guests who overstay their reservation prevent us from offering reservations with same day transitions and creates operational challenges for our housekeeping staff and for guests arriving the same day. We are equally committed to making sure the house is ready for your arrival as well. You must be at least 25 years old to reserve our property. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, and we participate in a community noise reduction program. We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints, parties or gatherings of any sort. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are daily from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM. Unauthorized additional guests or visitors will result in an unauthorized visitor fee of $250 per person. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at the property. Guests who bring unauthorized pets onto the property will be responsible for a fine of $250 per pet, and any additional cleaning charges based on the cleanliness of the home at time of check-out. Evidence of smoking will result in a fine up to $2,000 for smoke remediation. No illegal activity or illicit substances are permitted on the premises: doing either will result in immediate eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement involvement.
