(The shared room is a big room suitable for two to share and each have their own closet) The house is (occupied by one male who has his own room- and one female who is looking for a female roommate -both of them are students). (Preferred Vegetarians/ Non-smokers). The house consists of two bed rooms, a kitchen, a living room, and one bathroom which is new. There isn't a laundry option in the house but there are two laundromats at a three minutes walking distance in the neighborhood. The house is close to Journal Square which is great for commuting (Buses & Trains) By car NY is only twenty minutes away. The house is close to Newport Mall for shopping and AMC Theater. Newark Avenue is about a 10-15 minutes walking distance for groceries and or restaurants. Hoboken is nearby as well, about a 7-10 minutes drive. Work and leisure is easy to find in this area. It's a school zone with a Private grammar school and a public high school nearby so the area is safe and sound. There is no lease and you are required to pay the deposit and the rent is monthly. There is a no pets/ no smoking/ no drinking requirement. The tenant preferred for the shared room is a vegetarian. You are also required to pay your own utilities/ gas bill which is broken down between the other two housemates currently staying (utilities/ gas bill is split three ways) So your expenses should be low if you're concerned about a budget.
