The house consists of two bed rooms, a kitchen, a living room, and one bathroom which is new. There isn't a laundry option in the house but there are two laundromats at a three minutes walking distance in the neighborhood. The house is close to Journal Square which is great for commuting (Buses & Trains) By car NY is only twenty minutes away. The house is close to Newport Mall for shopping and AMC Theater. Newark Avenue is about a 10-15 minutes walking distance for groceries and or restaurants. Hoboken is nearby as well, about a 7-10 minutes drive. Work and leisure is easy to find in this area. It's a school zone with a Private grammar school and a public high school nearby so the area is safe and sound. Water and WiFi is included in the rent. Tenants have to pay for their utilities (gas/ electricity).
