It does not have a walkout exit from the lower level, yet it does have an emergency exit window. This is a corner unit, and it comes with 2 designated parking spaces. There will be no showings without a prior verbal rental qualification verification phone call. No pets are allowed, not even with a pet deposit. This is a non-smoking unit, which means that smoking is not permitted inside or outside the premises. Income requirements are 3x the monthly rent, good credit, and a rental history. Credit- background check- verification of income- employment, and the last 2 rental histories are required. Other terms and conditions apply.
