You will share the entire condo with my son, a young actor, who will occupy the other room. The unit is furnished, but this is negotiable and you will have the option to bring some or all of your prized furniture. The condo complex has a lot of greenery within the premises, a swimming pool & jacuzzi, gym, club house, on-site management and electronic (fob-based) secure access to the premises.
