    I've loved living here for the past 4 years; the neighbors are friendly, the mountain view from the rooftop is incredible (especially at sunset), Curtis Park is practically your backyard, it's within 15 minutes walking distance from the multitude of bars, restaurants, cafes and shopping that make RiNo such a fun neighborhood, as well as the 38th and Blake station for easy transit to the airport. Plus, it was just built in 2022 and still has a fresh new feel to it. Features a 1.5 car garage so you never have to worry about finding street parking, and it also has a 240v outlet for EV chargers. Landlords have a reputation of being--frankly--evil, and I strive to break this stereotype. This is the only property I own, and the rent price reflects what I pay for my mortgage plus an average cost of utilities and city services. As my tenant you can expect to be treated with gratitude and respect.
