Plus, it was just built in 2022 and still has a fresh new feel to it. Features a 1.5 car garage so you never have to worry about finding street parking, and it also has a 240v outlet for EV chargers. Landlords have a reputation of being--frankly--evil, and I strive to break this stereotype. This is the only property I own, and the rent price reflects what I pay for my mortgage plus an average cost of utilities and city services. As my tenant you can expect to be treated with gratitude and respect.
