This townhome newly (2026) carpeted , with a ceramic tiled spacious and bright kitchen and breakfast nook. new (1yr.) stainless appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, vented microwave) with breakfast nook, pantry , and a secluded area in the kitchen for your washer/dryer. Beautiful real hardwoods run throughout the rest of the main level from the entry into the half bath, family room (living/dining combo) all on the main level. A very spacious, airy family room opens to your brand new private deck spanning a wooded view to sit and enjoy your morning cup of coffee! Greeting you upstairs is a spacious landing with two linen closets for your needs, a bright master bedroom with closets galore, private vanity area, and adjoining water closet, shower/tub room. Enjoy easy clean hardwoods in the 2 bedrooms across the landing. Updated tiled floors in master & children's bath The Pull down attic access has a floored area for storage. With a freshly painted floor in the 750sq.ft. basement you will have options for use as extra storage, play area for the kids, etc. and leads out onto your patio. The basement stays fairly cool in the summer and comfortable in the winter but is not vented for heat/air. Our HOA maintains all lawns, shrubbery in front and all common areas so you are lawn care free all weekend! Owner pays all HOA fees. You will have 2 privately owned parking spots in front of the townhouse with additional parking for visitors located across the way in designated area if needed. City provides (no fee) garbage/recycling pick up twice per week. There is a $30 application fee refundable upon approval and signing of the lease. The fee of $500 is required and non-refundable. A credit score of 680 is needed, but negotiable for approval. I am no longer using the Zillow application, and am having some difficulty removing that option. Please contact me/owner for an application. Leasee/renter pays all utilities. Deposit is due when signing the lease, and first months rent is due 2 weeks prior to start of lease date. Leasee is responsible for providing his/her own Credit Report containing at least the last 2 years history and the Credit (FICO)Score. Please DO NOT use Zillows application process. The owner, Tonya Smallwood offers this service. FICO score of 700 but negotiable for application approval.
