There is a foldable desk and chair available that can be set up as a dedicated workspace wherever convenient. Kitchen: Fully equipped with granite countertops, modern, European-sized gas range and dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, Magic Bullet Blender, rice cooker, and toaster. Living Room: New leather couch with motorized recliners at each end, equipped with USB outlets, making for a cozy and relaxing space to wind down or watch movies on the 55-inch smart TV. Bedrooms: One bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a full-size bed, both with new, high-quality bedding, memory foam mattresses, and various density pillows. Nightstands are equipped with USB and AC outlets. Both rooms have a small chest of drawers and additional under-bed storage. Laundry: Washer/dryer, ironing board/iron, drying rack, extra storage space in the basement. Please note that being a historic home, the stairs to the basement are narrow and steep. Back yard: Large, fenced-in, cozy backyard with deck and flagstone patio. There is a patio table and umbrella with solar lights, as well as a wicker patio chair set and fire pit on the flagstone patio. There is also a barbecue grill for outdoor cooking. Transportation/Parking: Free on-street parking and one parking space in the back that can accommodate a small to medium size car. If you're coming to Denver for a short stay for work, family visits, medical care or other activities or need an interim place to stay, this could be your very cozy, centrally located home away from home.
