This is not a drive by...you will be amazed at how spacious this home is and the excellent condition. The roof shingles were replaced in 2005 and also the a/c is 2 years old (14 sear 3 Ton). Newer dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal, hot water heater and new flooring in kitchen. The house has been painted on the inside and the carpet was replaced. Two of the bedrooms have wood laminate floors. Nice fenced back yard with 2 beautiful maple trees and there is room for a small boat if desired. The Family room was added in l989 with a pass through to the kitchen (there is a wall a/c unit but only there as a back up). The lawn doesn't have irrigation but there is a shallow well.
