A small workout space is located in the living room with a punching bag and some weights. Which is followed by the living room with a sectional and a 65" tv. Open to redesigning spaces as needed. The 2 rooms that share a bathroom are $560 plus utilities. The room with its own bathroom is $640 plus utilities, which are usually $400 split evenly. lease ends in june so and renters will need to sign until then. I also own 2 jet skis and roommates will have plenty of chances to have fun on the water as well.
