The house is a duplex, so I don't want noisy people in the house. Pets are ok with a pet deposit. Rent is $2,300 per month and there's a fully refundable security deposit of $2,300. I'm looking for quiet and respectful renters. The bills will be split up equally with neighbor tenant and the water bill is paid by landlord. House is vacant and can rent anytime.
