The home is within walking distance to the grocery store, the biking trails and Polybertos. The apartment is only big enough for 1 person. The home is located on Grandview dr and there was 4 floods the previous monsoon season. After getting the properly sand bagged the flooding remained in the street only. The home can be viewed by appointment only. Please do not just stop by! Please do not bother current tenant. I will not rent to anybody that stops by without an appointment.
