The Guest House has a 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a bonus office space - one bedroom is set in the front of the apartment and another is set towards the back. Both bedrooms have a queen bed, dresser and closets. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It has been outfitted with fiber for internet, TV streaming, and full capacity washer and dryer - all utilities are included. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with cooking and dining necessities. The living room is comfortable with quality seating and viewing - with windows for natural light throughout. This is a SHORT or MID-Term Rental - can be rented weekly or monthly. It is fully furnished w/ linens and utilities and internet are included. Perfect for someone on a work contract, someone taking a new position at a new job, graduate/residency student, medical professional, seasonal worker, etc. An application is required - background check/credit check/eviction check. A lease is drawn up for your stay and a 50% deposit reserves your stay. Upon move-in your first months rent, cleaning fee and any additional fees are due (pet fee & cleaning fee). Stays can range from weekly,1 month to 3 months w/ the option to extend if availability allows. There is parking for (2) sm/med sized vehicles - street parking is also available. No smoking/vaping in the unit. Tenants are to return the unit with minimal wear & tear - any damage to walls, furniture or furnishings will be deducted from security deposit. Trash will be picked up weekly and tenant is expected to have the bin out on the curb.
