The dinning/kitchen table has 8 chairs. The kitchen island has 4 bar stools. The living room has a sofa, love seat, & chair. The family room has a sofa/daybed and 2 swivel chairs for seating up to 5 people. One bedroom has a desk & chair. The outdoor patio has 6 swivel chairs plus an additional 4 people can sit on the patio brick wall. The house has four bedrooms plus the family room has a daybed. Normally each of the 4 bedrooms include one bed. (Two bedrooms each have a queen bed, and two bedrooms each have a full bed.) For groups wanting more beds, for an additional charge, one additional twin bed can be setup in 3 of the 4 bedrooms plus in the family room (for a total of 9 beds.) The primary bedroom has queen sized bed, a TV, and large custom closet for increased storage, and a place to work (table and office chair). The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and large custom closet for increased storage. A third bedroom has a full-sized bed with closet. 4) The 4th bedroom has a full-sized bed and closet. The additional twin (single) beds are also available, but are not regularly set up for tenants. If you need one or more additional twin bed(s), please notify the landlord when you make the reservation. There is a one time fee for the bed setup (and take down at the end of the stay) and monthly fee. The single twin beds are blowup beds that are thick (18 inches tall) and very comfortable (feels just like a comfortable regular bed). Are you planning on bringing a small dog or cat? If so, at the time of reservation, please communicate with the landlord the size of the dog. All pets require the Landlord's prior approval. The monthly pet fee is $40 per pet. The living room, kitchen, and all bedrooms have ceiling fans. We value our guests' need for a good night's sleep, studying or getting work done. The four bedrooms plus the daybed have all new bed mattresses (Nectar Memory foam) beds that are extremely comfy and have received many "Best Memory Foam Mattress" awards! The upstairs bathroom has two sinks and a bath/shower for the two upstairs bedrooms. The downstairs main bathroom has a tub shower. The house is located in a nice quiet safe neighborhood. Many of the neighbors have lived here for 10+ years. We offer keyless entry for self-check-in. Televisions are with Roku to accommodate your streaming experience. Enjoy the outdoors on the back patio! SMART TV DESCRIPTION: The house has Xfinity high speed WIFI (Typically Download Mbps: 300+, Upload Mbps: +150). The home has a router with two repeaters to provide a wide coverage area both inside and outside. TVs are in the living room and the primary bedroom. Ruku on both TVs. It is a busy mall with many shopping & eating establishments (The Chop House, P.F. Chang). Two Starbucks are 3 to 5 minutes away. It is located 14 minutes to the Fort Eisenhower Cyber Center, 10 minutes from 5 hospitals, & 14 minutes from the Augusta Masters Golf Tournament. The Augusta Transit Bus service has 2 nearby bus lines. The Gray Line is 0.6 miles away with a stop on Jackson Rd. The Pink Line is 0.9 miles away with stops on Wrightsboro Rd. These bus lines go to Doctors Hospital, Medical College of GA, University Hospital, and many other hospitals, colleges, & businesses.
