This studio unit has our best Wi-fi in the complex. There are 7 other units with plenty of parking in a tranquil setting each with a gas fireplace, appliances, and laundry. If you are not familiar with Green Valley Lake you have discovered a gem in the mountain community. With its four seasons, festivals, gardens and friendly community you can find the tranquility you seek. I commonly hear from tenants moving out that their time here was quite enjoyable and a desire to return. During the summer you will find outdoor concerts, festivals, and fishing. A short walk from the apartments will lead you to hiking trails, there is a creek that runs along with the property. Annual snow levels rain from 6 inches to 6 feet! Don't worry though, the streets and our parking lot are snow plowed on a regular basis during such times. Green Valley it lies between Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear. We are less than an hour to Redlands. Sky Park and Snow Valley are 15 minutes away. At 7,000 feet elevation, the winter provides some of the highest snowfalls in the mountain. - Length of lease can be negotiated. - Rent is always paid on the first through Zelle or Venmo. (We will prorate your first month as needed). - Tenant pays only gas and electricity. - 2 person max ALWAYS. - No smoking of any substances inside of apartments (smoke sticks to walls).
